Q: How can I pay for my policy?
A: You can choose to pay your premium in a lump sum by debit card or credit card securely over the telephone by calling our office on 0845 226 8559.

Q: How do I view the policy wording(s)?
A: To view the policy wording for each of our landlords contents product, please click on our ‘Products’ page and follow the instructions on screen.
Q: How do I make a claim?
A: To make a claim or report an incident please refer to your policy wording where a claims telephone number will be provided. If you are unsure about any aspect of this, feel free to contact us on 0845 226 8559 where we will be happy to reaffirm these details to you. Please have your policy number to hand when calling.
Q: How do I change or cancel my policy?
A: If you wish to change any aspect of your policy or if you wish to cancel your policy completely, you will need to put your request in writing and send it to:

Q: What can I do if I’m not satisfied with Landlordscontentsprotector?
A: If you are not satisfied with the cover provided by your policy you have the right to cancel your policy. If you cancel the policy within 14 days of receiving your hard copy of policy documents, providing no claims or incidents have arisen during this period, you will be entitled to a full refund on the premium you have paid. Anything outside of the 14 day cooling off period may result in a pro-rata return premium, less the administration fee to take into account our costs in providing the policy.
